Four ways to work with us
Work doesn’t start the same way twice. Pick the engagement model that fits your situation — not ours.
Project
You know the problem and need a defined deliverable you own end-to-end. One build, clear success criteria.
Package
Several disconnected systems need to talk and the whole category needs rethinking. Design to deploy, nothing left hanging.
Task-by-task
You have a clear backlog and want incremental shipping — one-off fixes or new integrations, fast.
Ongoing
New work keeps appearing and you want an engineer on-staff, not on-call. Guaranteed capacity over fixed scope.
Answers founders ask first
A partner reads it within one business day, then sends back a 30-minute Calendly slot and three or four questions to think about before the call. No drip sequence, no SDR chasing you.
A two-week ops audit. You get a written system map, a prioritised fix list and an honest answer about whether a deeper engagement makes sense — with no obligation to continue.
No. The first call is exploratory and we don’t ask for sensitive data. Once we move toward a scoped engagement, a mutual NDA is standard — we’ll send ours or sign yours.
Fixed scope per phase, not hourly. The audit is a flat fee; builds are quoted as a single number for the agreed deliverable, with check-ins each ship. No surprise change orders. The first call is free.
We’re based in Tbilisi (GMT+4): at least four hours of overlap with US East Coast, and full overlap with Europe and Australia. Most clients meet weekly and stay async on Slack Connect in between.
Grab the next open Calendly slot from the form above — usually within 48 hours. For incidents on a system we already shipped, current clients have an emergency contact in their runbook.
